Retro 3-seater Couch

When I saw this sofa advertised it reminded me of what was in my grandma’s house. The 3-arched back patterned sofa was upholstered in autumnal-coloured velour with a frilled bottom. I then found an image of something similar. The “floral sofa” appeared in a May 1977 issue of “Redbook”.

I loved the retro feel to it and felt it needed modernisation, the feet are painted yellow. The retro 3-seater couch is upholstered in blue embossed velvet with yellow piping, giving it a unique and bold and certainly more modern feel.
